Desc : Mounted on a sturdy range iron frame the inner chamber is made of thick S.Steel 304 grade and Outer is made of mild steel duly powder coated. The gap between the inner and outer wall is filled with high grade glass wool/PUF is order to prevent any loss of temperature. Fitted with ISI Marked Compressor for effective cooling. Temperature range from 5*C, to 90*C, is controlled by digital Temperature controller cum indicator with an accuracy of + 0.5*C, the unit also fitted with a high Speed stirrer to maintain temperature uniformity. The lid of bath is insulated double walled fixed with Hinges and is provided with locking arrangement.

Desc : Serological water baths are versatile enough to handle any clinical procedure incubation, inactivation, Agglutination, as well as serological, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical Procedure.

CONSTRUCTION:
Serological water baths are study, with double walled construction. Inner chamber are made of HIGHLY POLISHED S.STEEL 304 grade. Outer chamber is made of mild steel sheet, finished with powder coated, Gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid Heat losses. The water bath is provided with a drain plug to facilitate easy emptying and cleaning of the inner chamber whenever necessary. The bath is fitted with immersion heating elements made of high grade materials are fitted at bottom with different ratings for different sizes. Test tube racks can be provided on request. Temperature is controlled by MICROPROCESSOR BASED CONTROLLER Temperature range from ambient to 100*C, with an accuracy of +0.5*C, Supplied complete with S.S. COVER, ON/OFF switch, two pilot lamps, switch cord and plug to operate On 220/230 volts , single phase 50Hz, AC Supply.

Water Bath Precision (Constant Temp. Control)

Desc : Constant Temperature Water Bath is mostly used in Medical, Educational Institution, Bio-Chemical Industries, Research laboratories and various other industries. This has a double walled construction, and its inner chamber is made of stainless steel and outer chamber made of mild steel. The gap between the chambers filled with high-grade glass wool to minimize the heat loss. Temperature controlled by digital PID temp. Indicator cum controller with an accuracy of + 0.5oC. A high-speed stirrer is fitted to the unit for continuous stirring and this can maintain a uniform heating throughout the chamber from embient to 100 oC. The heating mechanism comprises a set of heaters pertaining to fast heating.
